Special NHS Health Check Clinic Saturday 1st April 2023

For anyone who is due an NHS Health Check, we are running a special clinic on the Saturday morning of the 1st April 2023 for these.

Please call reception to book an appointment.

Note that it is open to all patients due a health check who have pre-booked. It is not a walk in clinic.
