Practice Nurses

Our nursing team consists of two Practice Nurses, two Specialist Nurses, two Healthcare Assistants and a Phlebotomist.

Our two Practice Nurses provide a range of services including cervical smears, contraception, travel clinic, dressings, suture removal, dietary and lifestyle advice and smoking cessation.

You can make appointments with the nurses in the same way as GP appointments. however it is important to state the reason you are coming to see the nurse when booking your appointment as this will determine the length of your appointment.

Angela Roome
Angela has been a Practice Nurse for many years. She trained at St George’s Hospital in London. Angela works four days a week.

Caroline Clark
Caroline has been a Practice Nurse for many years. She trained at the Radcliffe Infirmary. Caroline works three days a week.

Di Croft
Di is a fully qualified Nurse Practitioner and covers the full range of Practice nursing. She specalises in looking after patients with asthma and diabetes. Di works two days a week.

Antonia Michalikova
Antonia is our Assistant Practitioner.  She assists the Nurses by carrying out ECGs, health checks, flu jabs, blood pressure checks, pneumovac and vitamin B12injections. She also assists Dr Walker and Dr Luckhurst in their coil clinics.
Antonia runs a phlebotomy clinic every Wednesday morning between 8.30am and 12.30pm.

Sylvia Woods
Sylvia is our phlebotomist. She runs a clinic for blood tests between 8.30am and 12.30pm every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
