You just need to fill out a quick form, and the practice responds with advice, a prescription or a request for you to book an appointment. This option will be available from 8:30am to 4.30pm each day. It is not designed for medically urgent issues, in this case you should always phone reception.

Using this service you can also access self-help content, alternative options available to you, e.g. pharmacy, symptom checkers, or 111. The requests are treated the same as other ways of seeking help, and you may be advised to book a routine appointment in the normal way’
