Appointments during the Covid-19 pandemic
Due to the coronavirus outbreak, how you contact us will be different at the moment. This is to limit face-to-face contact whenever possible and help stop the spread of coronavirus.

Please be aware that all our covid vaccination clinics are fully booked for the foreseeable future. There is though plenty of vaccine and appointments available at the NHS Hubs and some other providers such as Boots at Cornmarket. Please dial 119 or respond to text or email invites to book.
Telephone appointments are available to book, and if a clinician feels they need to see you face to face, they will ask you to arrange this with the reception team.
If you are waiting for a check-up, please be assured we will be in touch.
If you are asked to come into the surgery for a face-to-face appointment, please remember to wear a face covering. Measures are in place to keep you safe from infection during your visit to the surgery.
Covid cases in Oxford are now at very high levels. In order to keep our vulnerable patients and staff safe, we must advise that entry to the building is strictly by appointment only. Please contact us by telephone to speak to a member of our reception team or send us an email.
If you have an appointment, you must check-in using the intercom OUTSIDE of the NORTH ENTRANCE to the building. Reception will need to ask you some questions before you enter. If you are displaying any of the following symptoms, you may be asked to wait outside and await the advice of the doctor:
- Headache
- Sore Throat/Runny Nose
- Cough
