How do I request a lab result?

Please check with the GP requesting a test how and when you can get the results. We will not routinely contact patients if test results are normal.

Registering for patient access or downloading the NHS app allows you to view your results including any comments made by the doctor who has checked them. Alternatively, you can telephone reception after 1.00pm when lines may be quieter.

Note that the practice has a strict policy regarding confidentiality and data protection and we will only release test results to the person to whom they relate unless that person has given prior permission for the release of this data or they are not capable of understanding the results.
