Dr Lancaster trained in London, the United States and Oxford. He has been with the practice since 1995 and runs his surgeries all day on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday.

He undertakes all aspects of general practice, with particular interest in care of the elderly and long term conditions. He provides joint and soft tissue injections, when appropriate, for musculoskeletal problems. He provides a cryotherapy treatment service for benign skin conditions such as warts and actinic keratoses.
